In 2012 I made a documentary about a professional snowboarder who broke his back paragliding, and how he has faced the challenges of returning to sports, albeit in an amateur capacity. The documentary won first place at a film festival and the prize was a mountain bike trail season pass. 5 runs later I broke my neck… This is what happened
